TRAMMELL, ADKINS & WARD PC IS GROWING.  We are looking for attorneys (all experience levels) and paralegals in the Knoxville area to be part of our practice and our family.   We are a Knoxville-based insurance defense and general practice law firm in business since 2008.  We have immediate openings for Associate Attorneys with 2-5 years of experience or lateral hires with a passion for trial work and a strong, fast-moving litigation practice.  Candidates should have strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload from inception through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop a long-term practice that will cover an entire career.

We are a busy, fast-paced defense practice handling pre-litigation, litigation and appeal responsibilities for over 25 national and regional insurance carriers and self-insured and high retention companies covering the entire State of Tennessee in all state, federal and appellate courts in insurance defense and personal injury cases, including but not limited to automobile & commercial vehicle accidents, commercial property, business liability, fire losses, coverage investigations, construction defects and more.

Our Attorneys are responsible for all aspects of claim investigation, analysis & reporting, drafting of pleadings, alternative dispute resolution, and trial as well as legal research and writing and oral arguments at motion, trial, and appellate levels.  Additionally, we encourage associates to develop other practice areas of interest.
