Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree and be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology. Completion of a fellowship in Movement Disorders is also required.

Supervision of resident clinic and a minor component of inpatient care of general neurology patients (approximately 1-2 weeks per year) may be required. Clinical care will be primarily at Pennsylvania Hospital, but some coverage of satellite clinics in suburban locations may be available.
Research or scholarship responsibilities may include either an independent research program (e.g., K-series award leading to further independent funding) or an active collaborative role in integrated research programs. Participation as a site investigator in clinical trials is also an option. Publication in peer-reviewed journals is expected.
