Job Description Summary
Reporting directly to the Head Coach of Women's Gymnastics, this position will coach on the Floor Exercise and Balance Beam, specifically contributing to the choreography and artistry element of the events.
Job Description
Coaching & Choreographing (95%)
- Coach and teach gymnastics and dance skills to student athletes at practice and one-on-one gymnast sessions. To be completed primarily on Floor Exercise, secondarily on Balance Beam.
- Work with head coach, assistant coaches and current team members to schedule individualized sessions during off-gym hours
Other duties as assigned (5%)

Pay Range
$15,080.00 - $7,200.00 Annual Rate
Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
