This position can sit in our Atlanta, Atlantic City, Baltimore, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minnesota, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Juan, Tampa, or Wilmington offices and offers a hybrid remote work opportunity.


The Marketing Manager is a critical role on our Latin America marketing team with a mission to elevate the brand and services of the firm’s US, and global, practice groups. Experience with a global law firm is a plus and this individual will partner with other teams in the Marketing and Business Development Department, including communications, events, business development, administrative and executive team members, to achieve business objectives.


Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing, the position requires a self-starter, with accomplished critical thinking skills and an understanding of the broader Latin American business and legal market. This professional will collaborate closely with colleagues in the U.S. and globally to enhance awareness of the office’s capabilities and success, inside and outside the firm. This individual should understand sophisticated client needs and execute against strategic marketing plans that are reflective of issues that are driving the need for legal services. This individual should also be able to analyze research, identify and execute on cross-selling opportunities and support integrated, multijurisdictional pursuits.


Candidates must possess the ability to plan strategically, execute tactically and have a client service focus. They must have the ability to analyze data and use multiple of sources information to develop solutions and recommendations. They must possess strong writing and communications skills and develop go to market strategies that capitalize on the group’s differentiators and align with the group’s growth objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing communications, business or related field
  • 6 years of sales/marketing experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Power Point
  • The ability to work East Coast hours


Preferred Requirements:

  • 8 + years of experience
  • Previous law firm experience


What will your day look like?
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans that deliver results that support brand strategy and focus on integration across the Americas. You will also manage client-centric and data-driven, integrated marketing and business development campaigns that deliver results against strategic priorities.


You will understand key business issues our clients are facing, market dynamics, and competitive strategies to improve the development of messaging and go-to-market strategies. You will develop marketing collateral and business development content, leveraging a strong knowledge of practice capabilities and the region’s value proposition. You will also drive an effective strategy for achieving awards and directories’ recognition that reflects the region’s practice-specific capabilities and successes on behalf of clients.


Additionally, you will collaborate with Latin America leadership, lateral partner integration teams, and US marketers in the onboarding and integration of key laterals and their client base. You will assist with planning internal and external events. You will also collaborate with office manager, office leadership and Managing Partner of the to develop and manage marketing budget aligning with regional and global strategic priorities. You will measure and track results of marketing programs and report on ROI.
