Description

Pace is looking for a SalesForce Marketing Cloud strategist to bring campaign lifecycle management expertise to deliver effective B2C omni-channel marketing campaigns. You should have technical and functional SFMC expertise to measure KPIs, analyze campaigns and optimize performance.

Working in concert with creative team members, analysts and interactive designers and QA individuals, this role will be responsible for determining email solutions to meet audience needs and drive results defined within a measurement framework. This client facing role will be speaking directly with the multiple stakeholders across the client’s organization and become a trusted day-to-day partner to meet business needs and marketing objectives to engage and retain audiences.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote position.



Requirements

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of experience managing SFMC account and campaigns with demonstrated proficiency using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Content Builder 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Have a relentless audience-first approach to email campaigns
  • Create and maintain email campaign calendar, test plans and channel reporting
  • Develop and improve upon existing workflows
  • Strategize and manage a test and learn program
  • Manage email/CRM database, including, but not limited to, email list growth, segmentation, and hygiene
  • Analyzes and interprets reports and leverages that data to position in recommendations to increase user engagement with the goal of enhancing campaign results in conjunction with analytics and creative team members
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams and disciplines to design new emails, uncover relevant audience insights, and improve existing messaging
  • Communicate and implement email best practices to client stakeholders
  • Create, enhance, and develop effective email marketing campaigns for multiple divisions of client organization
  • Communicate recommendations to internal and client stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices as it relates to email marketing

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science field

Skills:

  • Must be able to collaborate with expert, rapid troubleshooting mindset
  • Proactive and progressive resource with hands-on experience across the end-to-end email marketing process
  • Comfortable reviewing GA and GA360 downstream analytics
  • Understanding of the intricacies of responsive HTML email and email client support
  • Demonstrated knowledge of database concepts, list management, querying, segmentation
  • Abreast of the latest trends in email marketing – especially personalization
  • Experience with testing platforms Litmus or Email on Acid
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
