Description

EmoryDay is looking for marketing professionals with a minimum of 3 to 5-years experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our client services team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Internet Marketing needs for individual clients. In this position, you will be the lead on the account, managing marketing initiatives, results and communicating with the client.   As a full-service Internet marketing company, we provide business marketing services to companies in need of a full-service outsourced solution. Our teams meet with our clients regularly to progressively improve and manage all aspects of their Internet marketing, including:

  • Website Design
  • Content Development
  • Lead Generation
  • Search Engine Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Newsletters, Blogs
  • Social Media & Publicity
  • PPC Advertising

As an Account Manager, you will coordinate and work with a small team of professionals to deliver these services to clients.

Experience:

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in online media or corporate agency marketing.

Candidates with formal marketing agency experience as a senior level account manager are highly preferred and will have an opportunity to join EmoryDay as a Senior Account Manager with fast-track advancement opportunities further into senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain agendas and follow up reports for client meetings
  • Provide project management of marketing initiatives for the client
  • Create and maintain timelines and schedules of projects
  • Manage client communications over the phone and email
  • Develop comprehensive online marketing strategies for clients
  • Review, write and optimize website content to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience
  • Coordinate and develop regular e-newsletter creation and distribution for clients
  • Implement a variety of forms of social media to promote brand recognition and promotions and to drive traffic to company websites
  • Track and monitor site traffic and optimize campaigns based on the best-performing strategies
  • Manage internal team of specialists; content writers, designers/developers, and advertising specialists. 

Work Environment:

This is a 100% remote position, all of our consultants work from home offices and each provides their own computers to work from. The opportunity provides a certain amount of flexibility as EmoryDay is a firm believer in providing a positive work life balance environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST and rarely is after hours work required. 

Compensation & Benefits:

The annual salary amount is based on experience. For seasoned marketing professionals, there are rapid advancement opportunities to Senior Account Manager and further into senior management with increased compensation. 

EmoryDay full-time employees receive a benefits package that includes 15-days paid time off, a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match, and a health plan with an HSA account. 



Requirements

Skills:

  • Critical thinking skills are vital to the success of online marketing managers, in addition to analytical problem-solving skills
  • Expert client facing communication skills; must be accustomed to meeting with and leading marketing strategy sessions with clients through conference call software (GoToMeeting, Google Meets, Zoom, etc.), on a regular basis
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess strong interpersonal and project management skills as interaction with clients and presentations will be required frequently
  • Must be comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs and Internet applications like Google Work Space (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Possess an understanding of website development techniques, content management systems, and creative design
  • Must be familiar with SEO best practices and some experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain your personal computer system
  • Must be self-motivated.
