As an Industrial Engineer you will lead process improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing workflows, and enhance material flow across the factory.

What you’ll be doing:
Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operations Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centers Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integration Develop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalability Support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operations This role may have direct reports.
Requirements
What you should have as an Industrial Engineer II:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required. 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study required. 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
What you should have as an Industrial Engineer Sr:
6-9 years of relevant work experience in engineering required. 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required. 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
