Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to inform product development.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand network.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales
Strong understanding of territory management and direct sales strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales processes.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and identify potential leads.
Experience in account management with a focus on customer retention.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
