The brand is scaling fast-and needs a strategic Director of Finance to help shape its next chapter. In this role you'll be part of the leadership team, partnering directly with the President to elevate and improve financial operations. Some of the most critical responsibilities include:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Managing and evolving accounting operations (AP/AR, reconciliations, cash flow, reporting)
• Building and refining financial models and dashboards to drive data-backed decisions
• Partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing to assess initiatives and ROI
• Managing external relationships (audits, tax compliance, banking) with precision and transparency
