District Classified application, supplemental form and all of the following documents: Letter of Interest, Resume, Copy of Transcript and three (3) Letters of Recommendation, must be submitted to the Personnel Commission Office by the filing deadline.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
This is an OPEN recruitment to establish an eligibility list and fill a vacancy. The eligibility list will be used to fill permanent vacancies which may occur during the life of the eligibility list.
This position is full-time, 12 months per year.
The recruitment process will consist of an evaluation of the submitted supplemental form and an oral technical interview, which is tentatively scheduled during the week of November 17-21, 2025. Qualified applicants will be notified by US mail or email.

Requirements
Basic Function
*This job description is pending approval from the Board of Education. 
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent-Human Resources, supervise the personnel operations and activities of the Office of Human Resources; perform and coordinate the complex and technical duties related to employment issues with an emphasis on classified personnel; assist the Assistant Superintendent-Human Resources in all aspects of planning, analysis and maintaining of best practices.
Education & Experience
Any combination of training and experience equivalent to: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, School Administration, or a related field; and five years of professional experience in administration, development and research related to human resource supervision procedures, including two years in a supervisory role.
Additional, appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted to meet the minimum qualifications of the position. (PC Rule 4.1.4)
Licenses and Other Requirements
A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to obtain transportation between job sites may be required for some positions.
