POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on new business development and strategic account management within the luxury day spa sector. This individual will play a key role in expanding our brand presence, nurturing high-value relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories or channels.
This role is focused on prospecting and driving sales through collaboration with Day Spa Management and Corporate Partners to increase market share. Maintains and develops strategic relationships through an individualized approach, strong interpersonal skills, and motivation. You will work closely with the spa leadership team to create strategic partnerships with corporate day/med spa groups and independent day/med spas, working to deliver exceptional experiences and brand-building moments.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
§ Understands and exemplifies the Natura Bissé philosophy and brand culture
§ Comprehensibly learns and understands the brand collections, including all retail SKUs, professional products, spa services, and collateral available so that the most customized collection of products and services is offered to each individual client
Build and maintain a sales pipeline of prospective new business opportunities, based on information from business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet web sites, and other sources. Strong ability to research and qualify prospects and show them how Natura Bissé can partner to help them grow their service and retail profits
Successfully open new accounts to achielve your sales targets for new business growth with a good quality sales pipeline, focused on both inbound and outbound prospects
§ Manage list of all active projects and prospects, track status and prepare summaries as needed by leadership
Works closely with the Director–Hotel and Day Spa to customize launch strategy, marketing plans and activites to each account to achieve sales goals and targets. Review marketing initiatives and strategy with each account.
Customize opening orders for each account.
Partner with Spa, Education and Marketing teams to ensure requests and requirements are met and executed for each account using correct Marketing Request forms and tools
Works in partnership with spa to grow their social media platforms, with a focus on Natura Bissé partnership
Collaborates with Education Center of Excellence for training and event needs.
Creates feedback loops to the brand; shares feedback with in-house teams.
§ Maintains in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor’s products, service offerings, demographics and customer needs, behaviors and reactions. Shares insights with management team.
§ Work independently and proactively, with limited day-to-day guidance from leadership
§ Create strategies to support growth plans of existing partners

Requirements

§ Social Media proficiency
Qualifications and Education Requirements
§ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience leading/managing spa/retail/POS stores/counters/regions in luxury beauty business; preferably in the beauty industry.
Minimum 3+ years Account Management experience selling into the aesthetics market, preferably within day spa/med spa and/or multi-location business
§ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
