In this position you will have the opportunity to leverage your strengths and skills to leverage your strengths and skills to help build and expand the USNCA college advising business. The Customer Support Coordinator demonstrates high levels of customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for our premium members. This position manages all forms of day-to-day inquiries from our premium members, including financial & account cancellation requests. The Customer Support Coordinator uses his/her excellent communication & problem-solving skills to resolve common problems that our clients may encounter, to help steer them towards success with their memberships, while remaining committed to helping to meet company revenue goals.
